GymA.P.A. – 30 % of Charter Fee A.P.A. (Advance Provisioning Allowance) To cover following costs, but not limited to: fuel for the main engine and generators; fuel for cruising; fuel for tender and water sports equipment; food and beverages for the Charter Party; berthing dues and other harbor charges including pilots ’fees, local taxes, divers’ fees, customs formalities, charges for waste disposal, charges for water and electricity taken from shore; shipping agents’ fees where applicable; Charter Party personal laundry; Charter Party communications and internet use; hire or purchase costs of any special equipment placed on board at the Charterer’s request, shoreside transport and excursions, national park entrances and other costs for services requested by Charter Party during the charter and all other costs not specified as included.
A.P.A is paid by the Client in addition to the charter fee for all relevant costs for the vessel that are not included in the charter fee.
If A.P.A does not cover complete costs, the Client will pay exceeding the amount on board in cash.
If costs made on charter are less than the amount is given as A.P.A, the amount that was not spent will be returned to the Client at the end of the voyage.

Superyacht Mimi
Superyacht MiMi was launched in 2008 and is a highly considered 60 meters Benetti motor yacht known for providing an outstanding charter experience. MiMi was extensively renovated in 2019 by British design studio RWD to create a more functional space. Unique soft furnishings and a contemporary lounge space were built at the swim platform, creating an enhanced visual entertainment and communications system.
MiMi has six spacious and luxurious cabins and accommodates up to twelve guests. The full-beam main suite with his-and-hers ensuite facilities, a dressing room, and an individual study is on the main deck, with all further guest cabins on the upper deck. There’s a VIP stateroom with a dressing room, two twin cabins with additional Pullman bunks, and two double cabins. Each cabin offers guests magnificent views, and the styling is stylish whilst catering for all ages and types of charter.
MiMi’s impressive and spacious sun deck features an illustrated 15-person Jacuzzi, numerous sunbeds, an alfresco dining area, 360-degree views and an indoor air-conditioned gymnasium. Another highlight is the dedicated spa. The universal main deck aft can use for large-scale entertaining and yoga or workout.
Guests aboard superyacht MiMi can enjoy the new beach club bistro on the swim platform. An enormous range of water toys is on offer, including a 7m Novurania tender for coastal cruising.
The decks of yacht MIMI are connected by an elevator, and the main saloon with its adjacent ceremonial dining area seats up to 12 guests comfortably. Each guest cabin is designed and finished in delicate natural fabrics and elegant colourways. There are plenty of alfresco dining options, and for more private gatherings, the upper saloon offers a lounge and dining area.
MiMi is one of the most successful superyachts on the charter market, and she has a long-standing experienced charter crew of 15.
